First and foremost, the health and safety of our employees and clients is our number one priority. As extra precautions, we have asked our staff to wash their hands frequently, refrain from touching their face, always wear gloves and use hand sanitizer frequently. We will not allow staff to go to work if they have a fever and/or a cough. We have also educated our staff on recognizing the differences between Coronavirus, flu, a cold and allergies.
We ask for your patience and cooperation with our trained staff during this time. There are many circumstances that are out of our control that could impact services and it may become possible that we must cancel services or substitute caregivers. If this occurs, please understand that your safety is our first priority. We are working diligently to ensure that client needs will continue to be met.
We are asking that if clients and/or members of the household are ill, that masks be worn so that our caregivers can continue to provide services in the home. If a mask is needed, please contact the Administrative office and we’d be happy to provide you with one.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Administrator Sabrina at 505-615-3744 or 505-582-3620 (HiH cell phone).
